If the living room is 4.8m wide and the standard 2.8m sofa leaves dead space on both sides, the bespoke brief produces a 3.6m configuration that anchors the room. If the ceiling is 3.2m and the sofa back needs to read at scale, the height is specified accordingly. These are not options on a catalogue, they are the commission.
