Saint Objets builds to order. Across the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the rest of the seven emirates, the studio takes commissions from private clients, interior designers, hospitality groups, and developers. The model is deliberate: no warehouse, no stock, no markdowns, no compromises. Every piece is produced in European fabric on a hardwood frame, by appointment.

This is the editorial choice. Made-to-order eliminates inventory waste, allows dimensional precision, gives you the fabric you actually want, and ensures the piece you receive is the one you specified. Lead time fifteen to thirty-five working days. White-glove UAE delivery. Fifty per cent deposit at confirmation, fifty per cent before dispatch.

Plant-based polyurethane. PVC-free. OEKO-TEX certified. Pet-safe by default.

Belgian linen is available on request. Italian and French specialty fabrics are sourced for custom commissions. Frames are kiln-dried hardwood or structured plywood, dowelled, glued, and screwed. Foams are dense European polyurethane with a ten-year structure expectation.

Commission process, exact

  1. Brief, by appointment in Dubai or by email at studio@saintobjets.com. Bring photos, dimensions, and reference if available.
  2. Quote, the studio replies within two working days with a written quote covering silhouette, dimensions, fabric, finish, lead time, and delivery.
  3. Confirmation, fifty per cent deposit confirms the commission. Production begins.
  4. Production, fifteen to thirty-five working days depending on complexity.
  5. Dispatch, fifty per cent balance settled before delivery. White-glove UAE handover scheduled.
  6. Delivery, two-person crew, floor protection, positioning, inspection, assembly included.

UAE coverage

White-glove delivery is the default, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain. Free above Pricing on enquiry. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait, freight is quoted individually.

Why made-to-order

The alternative is a piece sized for a generic apartment, in a fabric chosen by an importer, with a six-week shipment from Europe. Saint Objets does it the other way: the brief is yours, the production is local, the delivery is white-glove, and the piece is dimensioned to the room. The price reflects the work, not the warehouse.

How long does a made-to-order commission take?

Standard configurations: fifteen to twenty working days. Custom dimensions: twenty to twenty-five working days. Custom European mill fabric: add five to ten working days for fabric import. Full bespoke silhouettes: twenty-five to thirty-five working days.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

White-glove delivery is default across the United Arab Emirates. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, freight is quoted on request. Customs and import duties are settled by the client.

Can a made-to-order piece be returned?

Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in case of defect, which is covered under the studio assurance policy. Refer to the refund policy for full terms.

Are the materials really European?

Yes. Performance velvet, bouclΓ©, refined vegan leather, and Belgian linen are sourced from European mills with documented supply chain transparency. Certifications including OEKO-TEX Standard 100 are shared on request.
