Pet furniture ten to thirty days. Sofas and armchairs ten to thirty days. Beds and headboards ten to thirty days. Rugs three to five weeks, made by hand in India by generational artisans. Sculptural statement pieces according to project and cloth.
Full payment confirms the commission; production begins on payment confirmation.
Every piece is made to order, so commissions are not eligible for standard returns, except where applicable UAE consumer protection law provides otherwise. Transport damage is covered when reported within 24 hours of delivery; verified manufacturing defects are covered for twelve months under the structural warranty.
