Lead Time and Delivery - Custom Furniture Dubai
Every Saint Objets piece is made to order in our UAE atelier. Production timelines depend on the piece and current studio queue. Below is a full guide to lead times and delivery across the UAE.
Production Lead Times
Sofas and Modular Seating: 3 to 5 weeks from order confirmation and fabric selection. Custom configurations and large sectionals may extend to 6 weeks.
Armchairs and Lounge Chairs: 3 to 4 weeks from confirmation.
Beds and Platform Beds: 3 to 4 weeks from confirmation and fabric selection.
Headboards: 2 to 3 weeks from confirmation.
Rugs: 4 to 6 weeks depending on weave complexity and size.
Dog Beds (Marlow I and Club Nooshie): 10 to 21 days from confirmation. The fastest lead time in the collection.
Delivery Across the UAE
Free white-glove delivery on all orders above AED 4,000 across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. AED 250 flat rate on smaller orders. Delivery is by appointment to ensure careful handling, correct room placement, and zero damage on arrival.
For villa and penthouse deliveries requiring crane or specialist access, contact the studio before ordering to confirm logistics.
GCC and International Shipping
Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman is available on request. International shipping is quoted individually based on destination, piece volume, and insurance requirements. Contact studio@saintobjets.com to request a shipping quote.
How the Commission Process Works
Every commission begins with fabric selection - either through our private appointment at the Dubai fabric library or by requesting a fabric swatch kit. Once fabric is confirmed and the order is placed, production begins immediately. You will receive a production confirmation with the estimated ready date and a delivery scheduling call once the piece is complete.

How long does custom furniture delivery take in Dubai?
Most Saint Objets pieces are ready 3 to 5 weeks after order confirmation. Dog beds (Marlow I and Club Nooshie) deliver in 10 to 21 days. Lead times are confirmed at the order stage before production begins.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver across all seven UAE emirates. GCC shipping (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) is available by quote. Contact studio@saintobjets.com for international shipping enquiries.
What does white-glove delivery include?
In-room placement at the exact location you specify, basic levelling and assembly where required, and full removal of all packaging and protective wrapping. Included free on orders above AED 4,000.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your piece is complete, the studio contacts you directly to schedule delivery. You receive a confirmed delivery window and direct contact with the team on the day.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
Contact the studio at studio@saintobjets.com or via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to reschedule at no charge.
