The Saint Objets library is built around the way a material feels, takes light and lives over time.
European fabric.
All primary upholstery textiles come from European mills. That gives us three things: tested colourfastness, documented chemical safety, and consistent yarn quality across production runs.
Belgian linen.
Where linen is specified, Saint Objets uses Belgian linen. Belgian flax gives a long, strong fibre. It stays cool against the skin, it creases, and the crease is part of how a linen piece reads in a room.
Performance bouclé.
European-milled performance bouclé, tight-loop weave in high-twist yarn. Claw-resistant, wipe-clean, tested for abrasion.
European vegan leather.
Wipe-clean, humidity-tolerant, no cracking over years of use.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
All our upholstery fabrics, including the inner mattress cover of Club Nooshie, are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and tested for harmful substances.

Frames.
Solid hardwood frames for sofas and armchairs. Solid hardwood for pet furniture and headboards. No pressed fibre, no hollow particleboard.
Foam and fillings.
Layered foams of different densities, shaped so the seat gives the feel of memory foam while keeping its line. The Saint Objets spring seat, developed and prototyped in the studio, is available as an option for a deeper, slower sit, and fitted as standard on L’Écrin.

Is Belgian linen durable enough for a Dubai family home?
Yes. One of the most durable natural fibres. For pet households we recommend performance bouclé.

Four fabrics, to begin.
The library runs to several hundred colourways. These four are where most conversations start, and they show the two families we work in most: boucle, which is texture, and velvet, which is light.

A dense wool boucle. It reads quiet from across a room and shows its texture only when you are close enough to touch it.

Samples are sent to your address in Dubai before production begins. Nothing is cut until you have held the fabric. The fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and toxic-free.
