Saint Objets produces velvet sofas for Dubai interiors that require depth of material alongside structural integrity. Each frame is built in solid hardwood. Each velvet is selected for pile density, colour stability, and the particular way it holds light in a Gulf interior.
Velvet is a demanding upholstery choice. It shows every mark of quality, and every mark of its absence. Saint Objets uses velvet that is woven for durability, not just appearance, and applies it to frames built to hold their form across years of daily use.
Every piece is made to order. Colour, pile direction, and cushion fill are resolved with the client before production begins.
Velvet That Holds Its Standard
Saint Objets velvet sofas use solution-dyed and performance-grade velvets selected to retain colour and resist crushing under sustained use. Pile height and weave are chosen for the Gulf climate, fabrics that breathe, do not pill, and improve in appearance as they settle.

Every velvet sofa is made to order. Width, depth, velvet colour, and cushion specification are confirmed before work begins. Lead time is six to ten weeks from commission confirmation.

Does velvet work in the UAE climate?
Yes. Performance velvet is specified for this environment, humidity variance, heavy air conditioning cycling, UV exposure. It does not lose pile or colour at the rate of lower-grade velvet.
Is performance velvet easy to clean?
Yes. Wipe spills immediately with a clean damp cloth. Brush with a velvet brush to restore pile. Annual professional upholstery clean recommended for deep cleaning.
Can I choose any colourway?
Yes. 40+ colourways. Physical swatches sent before commission confirmation.
Is velvet suitable if I have pets?
Performance velvet handles pet use better than standard velvet. For very heavy pet use, refined vegan leather is easier to wipe clean and more resistant to claw marks.
