Every Saint Objets piece is made to order. Here is exactly what happens between the first conversation and the piece arriving in your room.
Share the floor plan, room dimensions, photographs and anything that tells us how the space is lived in.
Within five working days you receive a sketch of the piece, the fabric and material proposal, a dimensioned drawing and the lead time.
Swatches are sent to your address in Dubai, so you approve them in the room, under its own light.
You hear from us at three stages: when the frame is built, when the upholstery goes on, and when the piece is finished.
Before delivery we check the lift against the piece. Where the building requires it, we arrange access with the concierge. The piece is placed in the room and the packaging taken away.

One to three days for the brief, one or two days to approve the proposal, then ten to thirty days in production.
No. A commission can be done entirely by email and video call, with swatches sent by post. If you would rather sit in the pieces first, the showroom at Decoroom, Art of Living Mall is open, and the studio in Dubai Design District receives by appointment.
Small adjustments are possible within the first five working days of production. After that, a change means a new commission. This is set out in writing before payment is taken.
The commission is paid in full at approval rather than by deposit, and production begins once payment is confirmed. Card, bank transfer or Tabby instalments.
