Saint Objets makes L-shaped sofas to order in Dubai, drawn to the room's proportions and upholstered in a fabric chosen for the way you live, then crafted in the Emirates.
Drawn to your room.
An L-shaped sofa is decided in proportion first. We set the length, depth and seat height to the room and the way it is used, so the piece holds the space rather than filling it.
Fabric and finish.
Upholstery is selected from curated European collections, including French and Belgian mills, chosen for texture, colour depth and suitability for the project.

The orientation is the decision.
An L shaped sofa has one irreversible choice built into it: which side the long return sits on. Get it wrong and the piece blocks the light, cuts the walkway, or turns its back on the view. The way to settle it is not taste, it is the plan. Stand at the door and look at where you want the eye to travel, then place the return so it does not interrupt that line. In an open living and dining volume, which is most Dubai apartments, the return usually works best as the boundary between the two zones rather than against a wall.
Questions.
How do I choose the direction?
From the plan and the entry point, not from the showroom. We settle it on the drawing.
Can it be reversed later?
A modular piece can be reconfigured. A fixed L cannot, which is why the drawing stage matters.
Is an L shape wrong for a small apartment?
Not at all, if it is used to divide rather than to fill. A raised base keeps the floor visible and the room reads larger.
