A developer furniture brief requires an agreed schedule of unit types, dimensions, material references, quantities and handover stages. Saint Objets reviews the BOQ, identifies repeatable pieces and assesses sample approval, workshop capacity and delivery batches before a production commitment is made. Storage, handover dates and any consequences of construction delays are recorded in the actual project agreement. Re-sequencing can be discussed as site readiness changes, subject to making already under way and agreed commercial terms.
How many units can you hold?
Quantity and phased deliveries are reviewed against approved specifications, workshop capacity, material availability and site access. Only the quantities and dates agreed in writing are committed.
What happens when the building is late?
If a building is late, the studio reviews possible changes to production and logistics with the client. Storage, rescheduling and related costs depend on the agreed project terms; changes are not automatic.
Do you price against a bill of quantities?
Yes. Send the BOQ and the drawings. We price what is genuinely furniture and list in writing what is not, rather than absorbing it silently.
