Hotel Curtains, Dubai.

A hotel room is read from the bed. The curtain is the largest soft surface in it, the last thing a guest closes at night and the first they open in the morning.

Saint Objets makes bespoke curtains for hotels, serviced residences and developers in Dubai. They are designed as one scheme, and made to measure for every window.

Full-height taupe bedroom drapes with a recessed heading and sheer inner layer.

One room first, then the whole building.

A project asks for the same quality in fifty rooms. We can begin with one: a reference room in the chosen fabric, lining, heading and track, approved before production. Every other room follows it.

Layers that do the work

A guest room usually needs a sheer for the day and a lined or blackout curtain for the night, on a double track. We specify the two layers together, so light, privacy and sound are resolved in the same window.

Fabrics for hospitality

Hotel cloth is chosen for how it hangs, how it wears and how it is cared for. We review each fabric for weight, abrasion and cleaning with the project team. Where a project requires fire-retardant fabric, we discuss the options and confirm the certification at specification.

Tracks and motors

Wave and pinch pleat headings run on tracks that can be motorised. We coordinate track, motor and power with your electrical team.

Measured for every window

Every opening is measured on site, so drops, returns and stack space are right in each room, floor by floor.

Bedroom sheers framed by full-length drapes held with matching tiebacks.

A project in four steps.

First, the brief and fabric samples. Second, a reference room, approved. Third, on-site measurement of every window. Fourth, production, then fitting by floor on a schedule agreed with the site team.

For designers and developers.

We work with interior designers, architects and developers through the Saint Objets Trade Programme. Curtains can be supplied with furniture, rugs and bespoke pieces from the same atelier. See also hotel furniture in Dubai, hospitality furniture, furniture for developers and bespoke curtains.
