Furniture for short-let operators who need a clear making and handover programme for guest accommodation. Designed in Paris and crafted to order in the Emirates.
A managed property has a timetable.
Short-let homes often have dates tied to photography, cleaning, guest readiness and building access. We begin with those dates and the approved furniture list before proposing materials. Made-to-order furniture can be planned around the unit's actual dimensions, but a fixed fast-turnaround promise would be misleading without checking workshop capacity.
Furnish for turnover without sacrificing character.
Sofas, upholstered beds and armchairs can be developed in a coordinated colour and fabric direction. We discuss how the property is cleaned between stays and which textiles best answer its expected use. The material documentation for each selection is checked where needed, rather than applying a generic commercial-performance statement to the whole programme.
What we coordinate and what we do not.
Provide floor plans, occupancy, photos, building rules, delivery location, furniture quantities and target ready date. Saint Objets can quote furniture making, delivery, placement and selected related furnishings as defined. Property management, photography, guest turnover, technical construction or general fit-out are not automatically part of the furniture commission.
Questions before commissioning.
Can the furniture be delivered to a specific building access slot?
Access arrangements can be reviewed and confirmed with the quotation and site coordinator.
Does this page offer an immediate furniture package?
No. Our furnishings are quoted for each property, with fabrication and timing agreed individually.
