An individually specified furniture service for hotel guestrooms, lounges and reception settings in Dubai. Designed in Paris and crafted to order in the Emirates.
Guestrooms and public areas need different furniture.
A guestroom sofa, a headboard and a hotel lobby armchair serve different uses. We begin by identifying the room plans, daily occupancy, housekeeping requirements, circulation, upholstery and material standards. Saint Objets can develop made-to-order sofas, upholstered beds, lounge seating and selected other pieces around the architect's issued dimensions and material references.
Samples, technical requirements and approval.
Hospitality furniture must be specified against actual use rather than a marketing label. Designers and operators can submit fabric abrasion expectations, cleaning protocols, fire-performance requirements where applicable and other consultant criteria. The studio reviews product construction and individual material evidence before making any compliance commitment. We will flag components outside the agreed furniture scope.
Planning the hotel's furniture schedule.
Send the BOQ, room count and typologies, drawings, finish references, site location and target dates. For repeat guestrooms, samples and consistency of dimensions are resolved before the batch is planned. Delivery, placement or installation are confirmed against access restrictions and workshop capacity. The Saint Objets portfolio includes a branded luxury hospitality project in Abu Dhabi developed with a partner architecture studio.
Questions before commissioning.
Do you work with the hotel's appointed design consultant?
Yes. We can review an issued furniture schedule, technical drawings and material specifications for feasibility and quotation.
Do you guarantee a standard completion time for all hotel packages?
No. Project quantity, approved samples, material lead times and site programme determine the actual schedule.
