A serviced apartment must feel welcoming while accommodating regular guest arrivals, housekeeping and equipment changes. Seating, bedframes, headboards and occasional furniture are specified to the room plan with circulation, luggage placement and everyday use in mind. The studio reviews the guest profile and practical maintenance before proposing materials.
Repeatable apartment types.
For operators managing multiple units, a consistent schedule matters more than a generic furniture bundle. Please send typical floor plans, counts of each unit type, chosen colours, dimensions and any required textile-performance documentation. The studio can assess repeatable designs and material references, subject to sample approval, fabric stock and realistic workshop capacity. Opening date and installation.
A quotation should state exactly which pieces are provided, which are made to order and what delivery or installation is included. Site access, lift reservations, phased release dates and protection of finished interiors must be coordinated. Specialist works, construction and approvals are separate unless expressly included. The curtain express service has its own conditions and is not a promise for a full furnishing package.

Can you specify one apartment type across multiple floors?
An approved dimension and material schedule can be reviewed for repetition, with quantities and milestones agreed in writing.
Can the package include sheers and blackout curtains?
Window treatments can be discussed within the scope, with separate material and fitting approvals.
