Yes. Send the bill of quantities and the drawings. We price the lines that are genuinely furniture, and we list in writing the lines that are not, rather than absorbing them silently.

Can you match a specified model?
We build to the specification rather than resell a named model. Where a schedule names a reference and adds or equivalent, that is the brief we answer.

What lead time should a project assume?
Ten to thirty days according to scale, quantity and cloth availability. Project scale packages are programmed against the handover, and confirmed once specification, scope, measurements and fabric availability are settled.

Do you supply samples before an order?
Yes. A sample piece or a cloth sample is normal practice before a package of any size is confirmed.

Are you set up to invoice a main contractor?

What is not in your scope?
Lighting, artwork, electronics, MEP, joinery that belongs to the fit out contractor, and landscape hardworks. We say so at quotation stage rather than at delivery.
