Commission a PieceSaint Objets can work from an interior designer's drawings, an FF&E schedule or a studio-developed furniture brief. The objective is to preserve the character of the property while resolving each piece for its location and intended use.
Project timing, quantities, materials, performance requirements and delivery scope are confirmed against the brief before production. Furniture is made to order in the Emirates rather than selected from warehouse stock.
The whole proposition of a boutique hotel is that it does not look like the hotel next door, which is exactly what a contract catalogue guarantees it will. The difficulty is that the alternative, gallery furniture, does not survive a hotel. What a boutique property actually needs is bespoke silhouettes built to contract engineering: a line drawn for that property, on a frame and a fabric specified for public use. That is a manufacturing question rather than a purchasing one, and it is the reason a made to order house answers it differently from a trader.
