Saint Objets · The Business Atelier · Dubai & UAE
Bespoke furniture for business.
For architects, interior designers, property developers, hospitality teams, procurement specialists and business owners. French design direction, bespoke furniture and project-led making in the Emirates.
Made for the project.
Saint Objets develops original furniture, custom dimensions, upholstery and associated furnishing packages for commercial and residential projects across Dubai and the UAE. We work from room plans, specifications and briefs, or develop the furniture direction together. The commercial scope is defined before production: what we make, what we coordinate, and what requires an architectural partner.
Real estate developers & branded residences
Show apartments, repeated unit types and handover furniture packages: plans, quantities, production sequencing and material continuity.
Hotels, hospitality & serviced apartments
Furniture-led hospitality: lobby seating, banquettes, armchairs, beds, headboards and selected public-area packages built to a defined specification.
Contract furniture & FF&E procurement
From the consultant's schedule and issued BOQ to agreed furniture dimensions, finishes, sample review and a realistic making programme.
Restaurants, cafés & business owners
Bespoke banquettes and dining or lounge seating developed around seating layout, daily use and agreed fabric-performance requirements.
Property owners, agents & holiday-home operators
Furnished rental apartments, holiday homes and serviced residences with coordinated pieces specified for the interior and guest use.
From concept to the space
Furniture with a point of view.
Our selected portfolio includes a branded luxury-hospitality project in Abu Dhabi, with a curved lounge sofa, rounded armchairs and other pieces developed with a partner architecture studio. The same made-to-order approach also serves residential commissions and show apartments.
Specific client names, certifications, quantities and production milestones are confirmed only where project documentation allows. Every new brief is reviewed on its own requirements.
From specification to delivery.

Review measurements, silhouettes, finishes, fabrics, scope boundaries, sample requirements and commercial terms before production.
03 · Workshop & handover
Make & place.
Furniture is made to order in the Emirates, with deliveries and installation coordinated against the agreed project and site readiness.

Before we quote.
Do you work with property developers and FF&E procurement teams?
Yes. Saint Objets can review issued drawings, bills of quantities, schedules, repeated unit types, material requirements and phased handover dates. The exact lines it can manufacture and coordinate are confirmed in writing before quoting.
Can Saint Objets furnish a hotel or restaurant?
Saint Objets develops made-to-order sofas, lounge chairs, banquettes, beds and other furniture for hospitality briefs. It has public portfolio work showing pieces for a branded luxury-hospitality project in Abu Dhabi. Each future project's specifications and programme are agreed separately.
Can we provide the design drawings and selected materials?
Yes. Architects and interior designers can submit dimensional drawings, fabric references and FF&E schedules. The studio reviews feasibility and makes to the agreed specification; any required performance documentation is assessed at the selected material and application level.
Do you provide full architectural fit-out?
Saint Objets leads furniture, upholstery, material direction and associated furnishing packages. Where architectural or construction scope is required, a partner architecture studio may be involved. The quotation distinguishes the Saint Objets scope from any external works.
Tell us what you are building.
Send your project type, location, drawings or BOQ, approximate quantities and required date. The studio will review the feasible furniture and coordination scope before quoting.
No fixed delivery or contract-grade certification is promised before the specification is reviewed.
