For a holiday home, the pieces that matter most are often the sofa, comfortable occasional seating and the beds. We start by verifying what the plan can accept: depths, clearances, sleeping capacity and the placement of doors and windows. Existing Saint Objets furniture can be adapted in dimensions and upholstery, with custom commissions reviewed against the proposed brief.
Upholstery chosen for guest use.
A furnished leisure property experiences frequent arrivals, cleaning and changes of occupancy. We discuss how fabrics are maintained, whether pets or children are expected and how much sunlight reaches each piece. Materials are confirmed at the product and fabric level; do not assume every product has the same warranty, test figures or removable covers.
Commission, delivery and fitting.
The owner or operator should send the Dubai address, photographs, measurements, piece list, required delivery date and any project coordinator contact. We quote an agreed furniture list, clarify transport and placement, and confirm workshop making and fit dates based on material availability. This service should not be confused with rental staging stock or turnkey construction.

Can you reproduce a selected sofa in a different size?
A custom dimension can be reviewed subject to the model's construction and the approved brief.
Is furniture available immediately from stock?
