A studio model means there is no finished inventory, no floor stock, and no standard offering that can be taken off the shelf. Every engagement begins with a brief. Every piece is produced once, for the client who commissioned it, in the dimensions and materials confirmed before production begins.
The studio draws in Paris and builds in the Emirates. This is not a supply chain, it is a design practice with two locations and one standard of making.
