What counts as loose furniture?
Everything not fixed to the structure. Seating, beds, tables, chairs and stools. Joinery, wardrobes and anything built in belongs to a different package.
Can you handle several hundred units?
Yes, made to order and delivered in batches. Volume is programmed against the handover dates rather than delivered in a single drop.
Do repeated apartment types get identical pieces?
That is the point of made to order. One dimension set is agreed and approved, then repeated, so the piece on the fourth floor and the piece on the eighteenth are genuinely identical rather than merely similar.
How is fabric chosen for a rental or serviced building?
Performance and hospitality grade fabrics, chosen for abrasion and cleanability rather than for showroom feel.
Do you deliver and install?
Delivery is included on Dubai and Abu Dhabi commissions, and installation is arranged with the site team against the access programme.
Can you work from a furniture plan alone?
Yes, though a plan plus the schedule gives a far more accurate quotation. Where dimensions are missing we ask rather than assume.
