The studio operates across two locations by intention. Paris is where the furniture is drawn, where proportions are worked out, material palettes are developed, and each commission is resolved on paper before production begins. The Emirates is where the furniture is made, in an atelier equipped to build to the standard the drawings require.
This dual structure is not a supply chain. It is a design practice: the decisions are made in Paris because that is where the studio's design logic lives; the pieces are made in the Emirates because that is where the clients' rooms are.
The Studio Practice

Commission from the Studio

Materials and finishes
Every Saint Objets piece is finished in materials specified to a brief and traceable to source. Performance velvet, bouclé, and refined vegan leather are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified by their European mills. Belgian linen is available on request, with documented mill traceability. Frames are kiln-dried hardwood or structured plywood. Foams are dense European polyurethane with a ten-year structure expectation. Pet-safe and child-safe by default; certification numbers shared on request.

Why French design from a Dubai studio?
Saint Objets is a French furniture studio that operates in Dubai. The design language is informed by Parisian and Mediterranean editorial work; the manufacturing is done in the Emirates. The combination is intentional: European design discipline, UAE-resident production, no shipping delays from Europe, full local service.
Are the fabrics European?
Yes. Performance velvet, bouclé, and refined vegan leather are sourced from European mills, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Belgian linen is available on request. Italian and French specialty fabrics are sourced for custom commissions.
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Saint Objets does not hold stock. Every sofa, headboard, armchair, rug, and dog bed is built per commission. This eliminates inventory waste and ensures dimensional and fabric specification to each client's brief.
Can I see the work before commissioning?
Yes. By private appointment in Dubai. The studio shows materials, sample finishes, and reference pieces. The fabric library is hosted at a partner space in Dubai by appointment only.
How do delivery and payment work?
White-glove UAE delivery. Fifty per cent deposit at order, fifty per cent before delivery. Card, bank transfer, and Tamara split payments at checkout. Lead time fifteen to thirty-five working days depending on commission.
