For a design studio, procurement starts with a coherent schedule: model or reference, overall dimensions, upholstery and finish, destination and quantities. Saint Objets can develop an original commissioned piece or adapt the dimensions and fabric of a current collection. The professional brief determines how the item is built and whether the desired materials can be sourced.
What can be specified.
Discuss bespoke sofas, armchairs, upholstered beds, headboards, lounge seating and selected loose furniture. A consultant can provide a colour reference, fabric mill information, required cleanability or tested abrasion performance. The exact specification is documented per item; fabric certification or fire performance must not be assumed for an entire collection.
Production and project coordination.
The studio works with specialised workshops in the Emirates. Sample approval, making, transport, delivery and any installation are quoted according to the actual scale and access conditions. For hotel and multi-unit scopes, confirm drawings, repeated unit types and milestones before agreeing commercial terms. The portfolio provides examples of residential and hospitality furniture direction without replacing a technical proposal.
