What is the lead time for hospitality and trade orders?
Furniture: 4 to 8 weeks for hospitality projects. Standard catalogue: 3 to 5 weeks. Dog beds: 10 to 21 days. Hand-knotted rugs: 4 to 8 weeks. All confirmed before production begins.
Are materials contract-grade?
Yes. Performance velvet, vegan leather, and bouclé selected for hospitality wear, frequent cleaning, and longevity. OEKO-TEX certified throughout. Specifications available on request.
Can you handle multi-unit orders for hotels or developers?
Yes. We work on full hotel orders, developer-led residential furnishing packages, and multi-unit show apartment fit-outs. Dedicated project manager assigned per order.
