Shipping policy

Saint Objets delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Every piece is made to order in the Emirates.

Production

Each piece enters production once the order is confirmed. Lead time is ten to thirty days, according to the scale of the project, the number of pieces and the availability of the chosen cloth. Rugs are made by hand in India and take three to five weeks.

Delivery

Delivery is included on Dubai and Abu Dhabi commissions, with white-glove placement on every delivery. Service-lift dimensions are verified before delivering to tower addresses. Deliveries to the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain) may carry a logistics surcharge, confirmed when placing the order.

Access

Please ensure each piece fits the delivery route: doorways, lifts and staircases. Our team confirms measurements with you before production. Exceptional requirements, such as crane or hoist services, dismantling, removal of doors or windows, or after-hours delivery, are quoted in advance.

Timing

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates and exclude public holidays and circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events or government regulations.
