The headboard is the part of the bed the eye reads first: the one surface in a bedroom you lean against, read against and see first every morning.

Saint Objets beds are drawn from the headboard outward. Dunes rises in undulating curves, Diadème in a crowned line; Oyster and the others set their own shape against the wall. Each headboard is drawn to the actual wall, measured from mattress top to ceiling: low and horizontal keeps the room calm, taller fills more of the wall under a modest ceiling.
