Description of service

Saint Objets provides made-to-order furniture, bespoke interior pieces, and interior design services. All products are produced upon order confirmation and crafted according to specific design dimensions, finishes, and material selections chosen by the client.

Visuals, renders, samples, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final delivered product due to the nature of custom production and natural materials.

User responsibility

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or enquiry
Ensure that all measurements, selections, and specifications provided are correct
Verify that ordered items fit within the delivery location, including doors, elevators, staircases, and service access

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Interfere with or attempt to compromise the website's functionality or security
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Saint Objets or third parties

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines, scheduling, and conditions are outlined in our Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. While estimated delivery times are provided, delays may occur due to production timelines, logistics, supplier constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.

Saint Objets shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, building access restrictions, permits, or client unavailability.

Ordering and purchasing

All orders placed through Saint Objets are made-to-order and enter production upon payment confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Saint Objets reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, technical issues, incomplete information, or suspected misuse.

Prices are listed in AED. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once payment has been confirmed.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Returns & Damaged Items Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

User accounts

If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Saint Objets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, renders, logos, graphics, and layouts, is the exclusive property of Saint Objets or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

All product designs, custom dimensions, technical drawings, and proprietary concepts remain the intellectual property of Saint Objets and may not be replicated or commissioned elsewhere.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saint Objets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant order.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Updates to these Terms

Saint Objets reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
