Returns & damaged items
Made-to-order policy
All orders placed with Saint Objets are custom-made upon payment confirmation and produced according to your specifications. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, returned, or refunded once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of purchase and is strictly non-refundable.
Quality control & inspection
Every piece leaving our warehouse undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch. Upon delivery, clients are required to inspect all items and sign for their condition. If immediate inspection is not possible, it must be completed within 24 hours of receipt.
Damages & defects
In the event that a manufacturing defect or transport-related damage is identified, clear photographs must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to studio@saintobjets.com. Once reviewed, Saint Objets will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue in accordance with our quality standards.
In case of a verified manufacturing defect, Saint Objets reserves the right to repair or replace the item at its discretion before any refund is considered.
Natural materials disclaimer
Many of our pieces are crafted using natural materials such as solid wood, travertine, and marble. Variations in color, texture, veining, or grain are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Wood may naturally respond to climate conditions, including minor movement or cracking, which is part of its organic nature and does not constitute grounds for return or refund.
Access & fit responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all items can be safely delivered through doorways, lifts, staircases, and service entrances. Saint Objets cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that cannot be accommodated within the delivery location. We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements prior to placing an order.
