Vacation properties are first encountered in photographs, but their furniture must work for the whole stay. The design brief should consider group size, how many seats are actually useful, accessible circulation, bed dimensions, luggage storage and the amount of cleaning between bookings. Saint Objets can develop bespoke upholstered furniture and related pieces to the room's dimensions.
Match finishes to the setting.
A beachfront apartment, family villa and compact city residence will call for different materials. We discuss sun exposure, children or pets, stain-cleaning requirements, housekeeping practices and appropriate textiles. Any specific abrasion, certification or fire-performance request is checked against the chosen fabric; we do not label every product universally contract grade.
A clear project handover.
Share the photos and plan, number of bedrooms, existing pieces to retain, desired upholstery, Dubai location and date the unit must be guest-ready. Production and any fitting are scheduled only after feasibility and materials are confirmed. We design and supply furniture; we do not promise occupancy rates, booking volumes or higher nightly prices.
