Deauville Bed.

Inspired by the timeless charm of Deauville-sur-Mer, this statement bed brings together soft coastal tones, generous proportions and an unexpected contrast of textures.

Its magnificent oversized headboard is defined by a continuous, softly rounded frame in deep black velvet, revealing the faintest midnight-blue undertone as the light changes. Inside, delicate vertical stripes in sand and ivory recall the quiet rhythm of Normandy’s seaside architecture.

The upholstered bed base introduces a second, richly textured biscuit-and-sand chenille, with a softly mottled surface and subtle tonal variations. The contrast between the luminous stripe, the depth of the velvet and the tactile softness of the chenille is deliberate.

Architectural yet inviting, Deauville is a contemporary interpretation of French coastal elegance.

Designed by Sarah Koben for Saint Objets. Handcrafted and made to order in the Emirates.

PALETTE

SALT STRIPE

Fine vertical stripes in ivory and warm sand, woven and matte, set in the central panel of the headboard.

TIDE VELVET

Nearly black, with a deep marine-blue undertone. A short, dense pile that absorbs the light and draws the line of the headboard.

SHORELINE CHENILLE

Sand, grained like a coastline. A textured weave in warm sand, flecked with tan and cream threads that catch the light unevenly. Used for the bed base.
