A made-to-order furniture approach for a residential property purchased to rent out. Designed in Paris and crafted to order in the Emirates.
Separate investment criteria from furniture design.
A buy-to-let owner needs to decide what to supply, which rooms must be furnished and what level of maintenance is practical. Saint Objets starts with the unit's measurements, intended tenant, expected use and approved piece list. Sofas, upholstered beds and lounge seating can be customised when the room is not suited to standard proportions.
Specify the long-term tenancy experience.
Unlike a short-stay property, a long tenancy should be considered for daily comfort and years of normal domestic use. We review fabric texture, light exposure, cleaning requirements and access for potential replacement. The studio can document a consistent palette for several properties while still confirming the dimensions and specifications of each individual unit.
Cost and delivery clarity.
Please share the floor plan, current interior photographs, apartment location, required furniture, an indicative budget and proposed tenancy start date. The quotation should list pieces, quantities, materials, delivery and installation boundaries. We do not calculate investment yield, promise a rent premium or guarantee future property value. Workshop lead time is confirmed after the brief and selected materials have been reviewed.
Questions before commissioning.
Can I use the same furniture style across multiple units?
A coordinated specification can be proposed, subject to the quantities, material availability and repeated measurements.
Do you manage the tenancy or calculate yield?
No. The service is furniture commission and related agreed furnishing work.
