Furniture planned around an existing rental property, the intended tenant and the practicalities of ownership. Designed in Paris. Crafted to order in the Emirates.
Start with the property rather than a shopping list.
A furnished rental should make sense for its rooms and intended occupancy. We review room dimensions, door access, storage needs, daylight and the agreed furnishing scope. Upholstered sofas, beds and occasional pieces are selected or made to order for the available space, with fabric and finish choices considered alongside likely maintenance.
Balance appearance and everyday care.
Materials are specified by the actual use of the property, not by broad claims that every fabric is indestructible. For higher occupancy or regular changeovers, ask about the chosen upholstery's cleaning instructions, durability information and replaceable elements where available. We can discuss consistent colours and dimensions across separate units without claiming that a particular furnishing increases rent.
What an owner should send.
Provide the Dubai address or area, room photos, a measured floor plan if available, property type, intended tenants, furniture list, target readiness date and access details. The studio will identify the furniture it can make, required measurements, fabric availability and delivery scope. Rental income, yield and letting times depend on the property and market, not a promised furniture result.
Questions before commissioning.
Can you furnish an apartment that is already tenanted?
The project can be considered, but site access, protection of existing interiors and delivery conditions must be agreed first.
Do you guarantee a higher rent?
No. We design and supply furniture; rental performance is not guaranteed.
