Frequently asked questions.
What exactly does the assurance cover?
Manufacturing defects and transport damage. If a piece arrives with a construction defect in the frame, the studio repairs or replaces it at no cost. Transport damage reported within 24 hours is covered under the same policy.
What is not covered?
Normal wear over time. Fabric fading from prolonged direct sun exposure. Damage caused by improper cleaning agents or pet damage beyond normal use. Changes of mind after the commission sign-off.
What is the OEKO-TEX certification?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is an independent textile safety certification, tested annually against formaldehyde, heavy metals, azo dyes, pesticide residues, and PFAS compounds. Available on skin-contact fabric options across velvet, bouclé, and linen categories.
How do I report a defect or transport damage?
Email studio@saintobjets.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery for transport damage; manufacturing defects on the frame are covered for two years under the structural warranty. The studio responds within 24 hours and coordinates repair or replacement at no cost.
Is there a warranty period?
two years on wood and frame from delivery date. Memory foam (dog beds and seat cushions) is replaceable at cost after the warranty period.
