For transport damage, contact the studio within 24 hours of delivery; verified manufacturing defects on the frame remain covered for two years under the structural warranty. Reach us with commission reference, photographs, and a short description. The studio responds promptly.

Can I return a Saint Objets piece?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for your commission, standard returns are not accepted. The swatch sign-off step before production begins prevents fabric or colour surprises at delivery.
What if the piece is defective?
Manufacturing defects in the frame are repaired or replaced at no cost, covered for two years from delivery under the structural warranty. Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. The studio coordinates at its expense.
What if the piece was damaged in transit?
Transport damage reported within 24 hours is covered. The studio coordinates repair or replacement with no cost to the client.
What if the dimensions are wrong?
If the delivered piece does not match the signed-off drawing, the studio re-produces or modifies at no cost. This is why a detailed brief is documented and approved before production begins.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
Minor adjustments are reviewed with the studio as early as possible in production. After that, the piece is in production and a change constitutes a new commission.
