Where Stain Resistance Comes From.
Stain resistance lives in the fibre, not in a spray laid over it. A solution-dyed yarn carries its colour through the whole thread. A tight weave leaves a spill nowhere to settle. Between them, most marks lift with water alone, and they go on lifting after years of cleaning.
A surface coating behaves differently. It sits on top, and the fabric beneath it was never asked to do the work.

Safe Materials in a Sealed Interior.
A Dubai home runs its cooling all year with the windows closed. The air moves, and it moves the same air. Everyone in the house breathes close to these surfaces.
So the fabrics are toxic-free and low in chemical emissions, and the performance is built into the yarn rather than layered on afterwards in chemistry. The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified. Indoor climate is part of the specification.
Made to Order, Sized to the Home.
No stock is held. Nothing is built before it is wanted. There is no importer, no distributor, no warehouse, no ocean crossing before a client has asked. What would have been lost along that path goes into the piece instead: the fabric, the frame, the hand that finishes it.
Each piece is sized to the floor plan and the install date is agreed at the start. Furniture takes ten to thirty days, according to the scale of the project, the number of pieces and the availability of the chosen fabric. Rugs take three to five weeks, made by hand in India by generational artisans with more than sixty years of experience. A two year structural warranty covers the frame.
