Saint Objets accepts Tamara as a payment method at checkout, alongside card and bank transfer. Tamara handles the instalment plan; the studio handles the order, production, and white-glove UAE delivery. The specification of the piece does not change with the payment structure.
How it works

Select Tamara at the payment step. No application before order, eligibility resolves at checkout.
2, Split the order
Tamara splits eligible AED orders into structured instalments. Plans, fees, and conditions are set by Tamara.
3, We commission
Saint Objets begins production on confirmation. White-glove UAE delivery on schedule, regardless of payment plan.
What it covers
All Saint Objets commissions and ready pieces sold in AED, sofas, beds, headboards, armchairs, rugs, dog beds. Eligibility is determined by Tamara at the payment step. Larger commissions can also be staged in two payments by appointment with the studio (50% deposit at order, 50% before delivery).

Is Tamara available on every Saint Objets order?
Tamara is available on eligible AED orders at checkout. Eligibility is determined by Tamara at the payment step based on order amount and Tamara's own conditions. The studio does not influence the eligibility decision.
Are there extra fees from Saint Objets when I pay with Tamara?
No. Saint Objets does not charge any additional fee for paying with Tamara. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any plan-specific structure is set directly by Tamara.
Can I split a bespoke commission into instalments?
Yes, in two ways. At checkout, eligible AED orders can be split with Tamara on Tamara's own conditions. For larger commissions, the studio also accepts a staged payment by appointment, fifty per cent deposit at order, fifty per cent before delivery.
How does delivery work if I pay with Tamara?
The same as any other payment method. White-glove UAE delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the rest of the Emirates. Lead time is fifteen to thirty-five working days from order confirmation depending on commission complexity. Delivery is included on orders above AED 2,000.
What if I want to return a piece purchased with Tamara?
Standard Saint Objets return policy applies, refer to refund policy. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in case of defect. Tamara handles the refund flow on its side once the studio confirms the return is accepted.
