Construction
The frame is structural timber, jointed and fitted before upholstery begins. The base is padded and wrapped. The headboard is built from the wall out, its depth confirmed against the pillow depth, its height confirmed against the ceiling.
No automated upholstery. No shortcuts in the padding. The finish is the finish of something made by hand.
