Saint Objets produces furniture to order. No stock, no warehouse, no compromise on dimension or material. Each piece is made for the room it will inhabit and the person who commissioned it.

Made to order is not a service tier. It is the only way the studio works. Every sofa, bed, chair, and rug is produced after a commission is confirmed, with dimensions adjusted, materials selected, and lead time agreed before a single cut is made.

The result is furniture that fits. Not approximately, but precisely, to the room, to the light, to the life being lived in it.

How It Works

A commission begins with the design consultation. The studio reviews the room, proposes proportions and materials, and confirms a lead time of six to ten weeks. From there, the piece is made entirely by hand in the Emirates atelier.

The studio works in solid hardwoods, natural leathers, hand-tufted wool, and performance fabrics. Explore the sofas, the beds, and the rugs.

Made to Order vs Ready Made

Ready-made furniture is designed for the average room. Made-to-order furniture is designed for yours. The difference is not only aesthetic, it is structural. A sofa made to the dimensions of a specific room will hold that room differently than one made to fit a container.

Lead Time and Process

Lead time is six to ten weeks from confirmation of the commission. The studio provides updates at each stage, material sourcing, frame construction, upholstery, finishing, before delivery and installation in Dubai.

Why is made-to-order better than buying in stock?

The piece is produced for your dimensions, not average rooms. The fabric is chosen for your interior. No stock-holding costs embedded in the price. Production begins after commission.

What is the lead time?

15-25 working days for standard commissions. Bespoke or complex pieces: 25-35 working days. White-glove delivery included.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Minor adjustments within the first 5 working days of production can be accommodated. Full brief approval takes place before production begins, changes at that stage carry no fee.

Is made-to-order more expensive than stock furniture?

Not necessarily. Pricing reflects fabric, frame, and construction quality, not a stocking premium.
