A single shade is made from several yarns. From across the room, they settle into one colour; up close, the weave keeps its grain.
Navy, camel, rose and terracotta reveal finer shades within the weave. On a simple armchair, that texture has the detail of a tailored jacket.
Choose the shade from a distance, then come closer for the texture.
The interest lies in the woven yarns rather than a printed motif. Try a neutral beside smooth timber or stone to make the texture more apparent.
