It begins with a maker who has refused mass production, chosen materials for the decades they will serve rather than the season they belong to, and signed every decision from the first drawing to the final finish. Saint Objets works to this standard on every commission.
Nothing leaves the atelier anonymously. Every sofa, bed, chair, and rug carries the weight of the hand that shaped it, and the knowledge that it will not be found in any other room.

Materials and finishes
Every Saint Objets piece is finished in materials specified to a brief and traceable to source. Performance velvet, bouclé, and refined vegan leather are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified by their European mills. Belgian linen is available on request, with documented mill traceability. Frames are kiln-dried hardwood or structured plywood. Foams are dense European polyurethane with a ten-year structure expectation. Pet-safe and child-safe by default; certification numbers shared on request.

What does sculptural furniture mean here?
A sculptural piece is one whose form is a primary value, not just its function. Saint Objets builds sculptural sofas, headboards, and rugs where silhouette, proportion, and material give the object its presence. The piece holds the room without competing with it.
Are these pieces practical to live with?
Yes. Every Saint Objets piece is built to live with. Sculptural form does not mean fragile. The frames are structural, the foams are durable, and the covers are removable for renewal. We design for everyday use, not display.
Are the materials safe for daily life?
Yes. Performance velvet, bouclé, and refined vegan leather are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Pet-safe and child-safe by default. Stain-resistant by construction, washable by design.
Are sculptural pieces collectible?
Some are. Limited-edition rugs, signed silhouettes, and bespoke commissions can be tracked across the studio's commission log. We do not currently issue formal certificates of collectibility, but the pieces are made to last and to retain their authorial signature.
