Nothing is produced in advance. A piece begins when a client asks for it, and it is built in the studio's own atelier in the Emirates. One sofa, for one home.
Overproduction is where furniture waste begins. It is removed here before a metre of cloth is cut. It means:

Where a piece is made decides how far it has to travel. The work happens in the Emirates, and the finished piece goes from the workbench to the client's home.
